It wouldn't be the NBA trade deadline without a ton of speculation and rumors that have fans going stir crazy.
While it's enjoyable to speculate about what a potential trade candidate can do for another team, most NBA rumors never have substantial legs for them to actually happen.
And the same goes with these players.
Here are some big names in the NBA who won't be switching teams come Feb. 21.

Kevin Garnett
Kevin Garnett isn't playing anywhere but Boston this season.
The 36-year-old has already made it abundantly clear that he wants to retire as a Celtic, and furthermore, KG has complete control over where he lands.
According to NBA analyst Mark Deeks, Garnett is one of three players in the NBA who has a no-trade clause in his contract.
Garnett has been linked to a slew of teams this season in the wake of Rajon Rondo's injury, most recently being the Los Angeles Clippers, but don't kid yourself.
Garnett is staying in Boston.

Brandon Jennings
First it was reported that Brandon Jennings wanted out of Milwaukee. Now, ESPN's Chris Broussard reports that Jennings is cool with the Bucks.
Even if he's not, there haven't been many suitors knocking on Jennings' door this season.
ESPN's Tim MacMahon says the Dallas Mavericks were interested, but nothing has come out of that other than pure speculation and fan excitement.
While Jennings to the Mavericks would undoubtedly shake up the West a little bit, this rumor has no legs and all signs point to the 23-year-old point guard remaining with the Bucks.

J.J. Redick
Because of the career year that J.J. Redick is having, teams like the Boston Celtics (h/t ESPN's Marc Stein) and Denver Nuggets (via Fox Sports) have been looking to deal for the 28-year-old shooting guard.
He's averaging a career-high 15.3 points per game and is shooting better than 40 percent from beyond the arc while dishing a career-best 4.4 assists per game.
However, according to the Orlando Sentinel, the Magic aren't actively shopping their sharpshooter.
Besides that, HOOPSWORLD's Alex Kennedy already detailed what Orlando would want in return, which doesn't sound feasible.
The Magic need to decide if what they'd get in return for Redick would be worth dealing one of the NBA's best shooters, and they may just come to find that keeping Redick is the better option.
Redick stays with the Magic.

Josh Smith
From the Brooklyn Nets and San Antonio Spurs to most recently the Boston Celtics (h/t NESN), Josh Smith's name has been rumored everywhere this season.
According to ESPN's Marc Stein, however, the Atlanta Hawks only want to deal Smith if they receive a superstar in return, which isn't likely.
Stranger things have happened, but the Hawks would be wise to get through the remainder of the season with Smith and into the summer, where they'll likely target Dwight Howard or Andrew Bynum.
The Hawks are already a playoff team with Smith in the mix, so it's not like they need to make a big move in order to play in the postseason.
Conventional wisdom says the Hawks hang onto Smith for the rest of the 2012-13 season.
